Marko, Inc. is a leading supplier of quality janitorial products in the Upstate of South Carolina, USA. Family-owned and operated for more than forty years, Marko works hard to offer courteous, prompt service. Our staff is trained to assist you with all types of cleaning problems, and provide economical solutions from our huge inventory of national brand products and Marko brand products.

Chemist and founder Richard "Dick" Meehan formulated Marko's brand name cleaning detergents - quality soaps which outperform the competition. Perseverance, good management skills, and a love of people served him well until he passed away in 1991.

Marko is open between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Anyone that answers the phone will be glad to help you with our full line of quality janitorial products. With our online ordering system, you may check your records, place orders, and browse our catalog anytime, day or night. We do our best to insure that every experience you have with us is a pleasant one. The following guidelines help us provide the best possible service.
Shipping
In the Upstate of South Carolina, Marko primarily ships your order via our own trucks. Our drivers are experienced and courteous. They do their best to insure that you receive your products as specified, in good condition, with a smile included. If for any reason you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, call us immediately. Normally, all orders ship within two days of placement.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Orders from outside our local service area will be shipped via United Parcel Service or best way on trucking line. In most cases, standard shipping rates will apply.
Receiving
Marko's dock is open for receiving shipments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we appreciate an hour from noon till 1:30 for lunch. Thanks!
Return Policy
Marko goes to great lengths to make sure all orders are delivered promptly, as described, and in the quality and condition expected. In general, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returned items. In the rare case that an item must be returned due to a mistake on our part, the restocking fee and return shipment costs will be waived. However, items returned for other reasons may be subject to the restocking fee plus shipping charges on the returned item.
NOTE: No credits will be issued for returns without authorization number. Call toll free 1-866-466-2756 or 864-585-2259 to obtain authorization.
Damage Policy
If your order from UPS or trucking line arrives damaged, refuse the shipment. Call Marko toll free at 1-866-466-2756 immediately to report the damage. As soon as UPS or the trucking line verifies the damages, we will re-ship your order with fresh item(s). This usually only takes a few hours. If you purchase an item and it is absolutely not what you thought it would be, then we will issue a UPS call tag for pickup of the item. Due to the very low markup on our internet items, we will ask for you to pay for the return freight. Your card will be credited, with the exception of the UPS charge, when we receive the item back in good condition. If you have a question that we may help you with, so as to avoid as much uncertainty as possible, you are welcome to call toll free 1-866-466-2756, and we’ll try to help you decide if the item will be right for you.
Closing Schedules
As a general rule, Marko closes the week of July 4th, the week of Christmas, two days at Thanksgiving, Good Friday, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
